It is now possible to customize KPI values for your live and end-of-campaign reports.
By default, the system measures the KPI of your campaign based on the average engagement rate for each influencer.
If you wish to customize this value, follow these steps below:
- Go to your profile page.
- Scroll down to the bottom and locate the ‘Custom KPI Value’ field.
- Enter your desired custom KPI value as a percentage of the number of followers your influencer has.
- Click on the ‘Save Changes’ icon below.
