New: Spam Detection for Sentiment Analysis

Spam detection has been added for comments in sentiment analysis reports.

In addition to the “positive”, “negative”, “neutral” and “unknown” values, our sentiment analysis is now also able to detect spam comments from users to better help you understand the nature of comments on a given influencer’s post.

This feature is automatically available whenever you carry out a sentiment analysis.

In addition, it is now also possible to view a sample of these spam comments.

To access this feature, simply follow these steps:

  1. On the same page where you can view your report, scroll down until you see this section: 
  2. Click on ‘Spam Overview’. You now have access to an overview of the spam comments that were posted.
