New: Detection of Author’s Comments for Sentiment Analysis

The author’s comments are now detected and categorized separately in sentiment analysis reports.

In addition to the “positive”, “negative”, “neutral” and “unknown” values, our sentiment analysis now also detects the author’s comments to better help you understand how often your influencer engages with their following.

This feature is automatically available whenever you carry out a sentiment analysis.
